FOR AUTUMN SEMESTER (from 1st Sep.): 15th JUNE

FOR SPRING SEMESTER (from 1st Febr.): 1st November

NO LATE APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED!

Documents hand in:

·         Application form filled in (block letters, please)

·         Copy of your valid passport / national ID for EU-citizens

·         Curriculum Vitae

·         ·         Transcript of academic records from the sending institution

·         Proof of your English proficiency

·         A list of requested courses/ titles and codes/ to be taken at BME (Learning Agreement) approved by your institution. With no approved Learning Agreement you will not be admitted

·         2 recent photographs

A nomination from your exchange coordinator / project supervisor at our home university should reach us before the application procedure starts.

Visa / Residence permit

·         For EU-citizens – Certificate of Residence is obtained after arrival

·         For NON-EU – citizens please attach your copy of your Schengen visa as well

Orientation

Registration in Students' Office, Bldg. Z. ground floor 2^nd September – 3^rd September

Orientation program: 1^st- 6^thSeptember
